Daniel Shiffman is a vice president and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments®.
Mr. Shiffman joined American Century Investments in 2004 and has worked in the financial industry since 1986. In addition to his portfolio manager role, he is also a member of the securitized team and specializes in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) securities. Previously, he was an investment officer at California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) for eight years.
Mr. Shiffman holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and master's degree in business administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the Security Analysts of San Francisco.
